The Recruiting Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the broader regional recruiting efforts and strategy under the guidance of the Recruiting Manager. This position is key in assisting with staffing initiatives, workforce development, and onboarding processes to attract top talent across both skilled and entry-level positions. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Recruiting Manager and Regional Recruiters to execute on recruitment strategies, ensure smooth onboarding, and build talent pipelines through local partnerships.

• ·        Collaborate with the Recruiting Manager and Regional Recruiters to understand staffing needs and contribute to the execution of regional recruiting strategies.
• ·        Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, conducting interviews, managing background checks, and extending offers in compliance with company policies.
• ·        Draft and deliver offer letters, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company policies.
• ·        Track and maintain applicant data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate and organized records for all recruitment activities.
• ·        Establish and maintain partnerships with local trade schools, community organizations, and state workforce development programs to develop a pipeline of candidates.
• ·        Represent the company at job fairs, school career days, and community outreach events to promote employment opportunities.

• ·        Support the onboarding process by preparing and coordinating new hire paperwork, including tax documents, benefits enrollment, and other HR-related forms.
• ·        Assist in delivering orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies, culture, and expectations.
• ·        Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires during their onboarding, addressing any questions or concerns to ensure a smooth transition.
• ·        Provide ongoing support to employees related to People Services policies, benefits, and payroll inquiries.
• ·        Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
• ·        Assist with employee relations, performance management, and other HR functions as needed.

We are looking for an Underground Construction Directional Driller to join our growing team. The Directional Driller will be responsible for operating the directional drill and/or locating for the rig. We are looking for experienced individuals with knowledge of the construction industry.

• Operate drilling equipment and various other construction equipment used on the jobsite to complete daily work assignments
• Drill and/or locate predetermined path to exit point
• Assist in potholing
• Perform duties in standard and high-risk areas
• Safely and successfully perform duties in all temperatures and climates
• Perform physical tasks for the entire assigned work shift

• High school or equivalent education
• ​​Valid Driver’s License
• Pass a pre-employment drug test and MVR
• At least 1 year of recent experience in drilling/locating in standard and high-risk areas
• Ability to operate all equipment safely and productively
• Possess knowledge of utility depth and placement as well as general knowledge of construction practices and equipment
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact with the crew, leadership, and clients
• Function effectively as an integral part of a team
• Meet physical demands – lift and/or move 50 to 150 pounds
• All work is outdoors, subject to inclement weather conditions – must be capable of working safely in all temperatures and climates
• Stand and walk lengthy distances (1+ miles) over uneven terrain
• Drive and/or sit for long periods of time to remote jobsite locations
• Must be available to travel overnight to various sites as requested

The Locator position is responsible for pinpointing the paths of cables, pipes and other conduits that carry utilities underground. Locators’ efforts protect underground utilities from damage during projects involving excavation.

• Responsible for accurately and safely search for and marking underground utilities in a designated area.
  • Indicate utility locations through the utilization of paint and flags.
• Complete necessary documentation regarding the marking and photographing of each locate.
• Receive work tickets, open, document, close and provide follow-up summary of work.
• Perform light excavation with shovel, to expose buried utilities when necessary.
• Respond to emergency calls, as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

As a Technician, you will assist in the construction, installation, and maintenance of communications equipment and support structures

• Working in a 2-3 man crew installing and performing maintenance on communication equipment -The basic use and care of hand tools and mechanical equipment
• Understanding of basic electrical theory
• Analyzing situations accurately and adopting an appropriate course of action
• Communicating orally and in writing
• Following instructions accurately and completing an assigned course of action
• Recognizing safety hazards and performing duties in a safe manner
• Work under close supervision
• Traveling extensively throughout the Midwest, our crews are 100% travel during the week and are home on the weekends

• Must have a High School diploma 0 to 1 year of industry experience
• Must be 21 years or older Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to pass drug and background screening
• Complete the Field Technician 1 Training Program
• Working knowledge of basic hand tools and mechanical equipment

Primary responsibilities include ability to splice/test/repair cables/wires in both indoor and outdoor settings, read, create, and maintain splicing diagrams, maintain activities surrounding the assigned work site(s), and take splicing field notes.
